• Where is the store based?

  There is no physical Tee Chèrie store but the fulfillment center is in North Carolina, USA.

   

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Exchanges are only accepted if there is damage or defect to the shirt or printing. You can exchange the damaged or defected product for another one of equal or lesser value within 7 days of delivery. 

   

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we ship to Canada and Europe.

   

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once your order is processed and shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

   

• Is Tee Chérie black owned?

  Yes, Tee Chérie is owned and designed by Haitians!

   

• Can I request Tee Chérie shirts in custom colors?
